Porting of CardExport possible?

Hi,
I know your CardExportII from Palm and it's very good. I'm searching for a usb stick or mass storage device emulation software for PC and nothing found at the whole wide world via google. Could you port your program so, that you can make a single Exe-program that could run at an XP-PC and emulate an usb stick or mass storage device at a specified folder? That's important for
- data-transfers between secured company notebooks (no software installation or networking allowed)
- using small sized notebooks/PC as large data source for simple consumer electronics like radios/media players/video players
Is it possible?
